Please be aware of the following changes for the 2021-22 Women’s Chorale All-State Program: All of the material has been updated as of September 19, 2021. Additionally, the dates for the Conference and All-State tournaments have been shifted to February 13-17, 2022, respectively. The site remains unchanged. Information on the District Level (1st Round) Audits is available here. Each of the nine LMEA Districts will host a district level 1st round qualifying audition to decide which students will advance to the 2nd round state level audition in order to compete for the state championship.

IMPORTANT:

  • The quotas for the second round will be different starting in 2021-22. The conference and All-State activities will now take place from February 13-17, 2022, instead of February 13-17, 2019.

Each district determines the dates, costs, and places for the first round. Form is required. Student Information Release Form for the 2020-21 school year

  • For 1st round auditions, district directors will ask students to submit either this form or the form specific to their district in order to be considered. If a student does not submit this document to their district director by the deadline (see below), their audition recording will not be considered for 2nd Round judging.

STATE LEVEL (2nd ROUND) AUDITIONS IN 2021-22: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All “second round” auditions must be video recorded by a district official who has been appointed for this purpose (s). There will no longer be a state site for in-person 2nd round auditions in the near future. DEADLINES:
