Nada Brahma Mantra – Experiencing the World as Sound

“Nada” is a slang term for “sound.” In Hinduism, the word “Brahma” denotes “Divine,” or the All. There are three fundamental types of noises that occur in the universe. Shiva is claimed to be able to create an entirely new life only by making three AUM sounds. This is not a fact, but it is the truth in this case. The distinction between a fact and a truth is defined as follows: Let us suppose you are a female. Does this imply that your father made no input to your upbringing? Does this imply that your father does not exist in your mind?

The Benefit of AUM Chanting – Bridges the Gap Between Knowledge and Behaviour

Several years ago, academics at Lady Irwin College in New Delhi were inspired by Sadhguru’s comments and decided to investigate if AUM chanting may benefit athletes. Participants in the research reported greater awareness of their bodies’ hydration levels after using Isha’s AUMkar meditation technique. Developed over a two-month period in 2011, the work is a component of Dr.Priti Rishi Lal’s ongoing clinical and sports nutrition research. Mantra Chanting Heals and Connects

About a decade ago, I attended an all-night kundalini yoga summer solstice event in New Mexico and had my first encounter with the spiritual power of chanting. An large awning stretched over the desert north of Santa Fe, providing shade for the festivities.
